"Wij werken inmiddels ruim 6 jaar samen met Qconcepts. De eerste periode van 3 jaar kwam voort uit een overname van een controle praktijk door Qconcepts. De nauwe band met de nieuwe accountant was er direct. Het was dan ook meer dan logisch dat Smeets Autogroep na 3 jaar de opdracht controle van de jaarrekening opnieuw aan Qconcepts gegund heeft. Inmiddels zijn wij begonnen aan het derde 3 jaren contract. Je kunt dus eigenlijk concluderen dat Qconcepts ons in eerste instantie gevonden heeft. De hernieuwde keuze van Smeets Autogroep voor Qconcepts komt voort uit transparantie in de samenwerking, binnen de gestelde kaders flexibiliteit in de audit aanpak en ruimte voor tips die in de interne planning en control cyclus meegenomen kunnen worden." ##### Waar helpt Qconcepts Smeets Autogroep bij? "Smeets Autogroep rapport al jaren de interne cijfers gedurende de eerste zes werkdagen van de maand. De jaarrekeningen zijn medio februari in het jaar volgend op het boekjaar voorhanden. Smeets Autogroep heeft Horizontaal Toezicht met de Belastingdienst, heeft een uitstekende solvabiliteitsverhouding, behoort al jaren tot de financieel sterkere ondernemingen aldus Graydon en is voortdurend op zoek naar proces verbeteringen. Business Intelligence en Digitalisatie zijn daar voorbeelden van. Maar ook robotisering van processen (RPA) is een ontwikkeling die hoog op de agenda staat. Dan is het een hele kluif voor zakelijke dienstverleners, Accountant en Bankier, om grote verbeteringen aan te dragen. Qconcepts biedt ons evenwel hulp. Hulp om de strakke auditplanning jaarlijks te realiseren, hulp om de uitvoering procesmatig steeds efficiënter te maken door de inzet van Business Intelligence en hulp door stabiliteit in het audit team. Het is het versterken van de samenwerking door inzet van jonge professionals waardoor met behulp van Qconcepts Smeets Autogroep de stip op de horizon kan blijven verleggen." ##### Wat valt positief op aan de samenwerking? "Qconcepts houdt wat de audit cyclus betreft niet vast aan strakke voor gedefinieerde programma’s. Zij stemmen de verplicht uit te voeren werkzaamheden af op de voortdurende ontwikkeling die Smeets Autogroep door maakt. Hierdoor blijft de samenwerking uitdagend in plaats van een verplicht nummertje. Het team van Qconcepts probeert Smeets Autogroep uit te dagen op voor de groep bekend terrein. Soms gevaarlijk maar steeds uitdagend. Lennard Pluymen, Fabienne Romeijnders en de overige leden van het auditteam verdienen wat dit betreft zeker een pluim. Bij deze!
