"Qconcepts vervult de functie van onafhankelijke controller en internal auditor binnen de Zaligheden. Zij voeren de werkzaamheden in teamverband uit, waarbij zij naast onze interne medewerkers specialisten inzetten voor de internal audit en de controllersfunctie. Uitgangspunt hierbij is om de organisatie als geheel te verbeteren, effectiever en efficiënter te maken. Vanwege de kennis en ervaring van de woningbouwcorporatiesector en hun persoonlijke en laagdrempelige benadering onderscheiden zij zich direct van hun concurrenten." ##### Waar ondersteunt Qconcepts Woningstichting de Zaligheden bij? In 2017 hebben wij Qconcepts benaderd om de (wettelijk verplichte) rol van onafhankelijke controller te vervullen binnen onze organisatie. Naast het reguliere takenpakket van de controller voeren zij ook de interne controle uit op de primaire processen.   ##### Over Woningstichting de Zaligheden Met circa 3.800 huurwoningen zijn wij de grootste verhuurder in de regio. De woningen bevinden zich verspreid over 19 kerkdorpen, gelegen in de gemeenten Bergeijk, Bladel, Eersel en Reusel-De Mierden. Daarnaast verhuren we parkeerplaatsen, garages en bedrijfsruimten.
