Sportcentrum Papendal te Arnhem 12 juni 2025 om 13:00 uur ![nieuwkomers 2023-2024](https://6665119.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/6665119/hubfs/nieuwkomers%202023-2024.jpg?width=705&name=nieuwkomers%202023-2024.jpg) Qconcepts hecht eraan dat nieuwe Q'ers goed landen en zij zich snel thuis voelen. Om dat mogelijk te maken, ziet het onboardingprogramma er als volgt uit: - een algemene- en een vakinhoudelijke introductie. - uitleg van de modellen die Q gebruikt:  Insights Discovery, Situationeel Leiderschap (SLII) en Zelfsturende Teams. - uitleg van het HR-proces en Welder. - met alle nieuwkomers terugkijken op de start. - aanvullend voor audit professionals: RobotX en wat Q nog meer doet rondom data-analyse. **Wat gaan we doen?** Tijdens deze bijeenkomst staan we stil bij jouw start bij Qconcepts. Ben je goed opgevangen, was de communicatie vooraf goed, hoe en geland. Wij zijn benieuwd naar jouw ervaring en welke tops en tips je aan ons wilt meegeven. Daarnaast staan we stil bij onze cultuur, onze kernwaarden en organisatiedoelen. En omdat wij jou willen inspireren om topprestaties te leveren, krijgen we een rondleiding over het Sportcentrum Papendal en een lezing over gezonde voeding. We sluiten de bijeenkomst af met een borrel. **Voor wie?** Deze training is een (verplicht) onderdeel van het onboardingprogramma. **Wanneer en waar?** De datum is donderdag 12 juni 2025 om 13.00 uur en duurt tot 17.00 uur. De bijeenkomst wordt gehouden op sportcentrum Papendal te Arnhem. **Wie geeft de workshop?** De workshop wordt gegeven door Clemens van der Werf en Thijs van de Schans. **Q Academy** Q wil een passend aanbod hebben voor alle Q'ers die zich willen ontwikkelen.
