Het doel is om de kwaliteit van het werk te verbeteren. Intervisie is dus veel breder dan bijvoorbeeld vaktechnisch overleg of consultaties. Intervisie richt zich voornamelijk op persoons- en functie-gebonden vraagstukken. De kracht van intervisie is dat je in een vertrouwelijke setting gebruik maakt van de kennis en kunde van jouw collega’s / vakgenoten: het wordt ook peer-leren genoemd. Voor RA’s en AA’s:  intervisie wordt vanuit NBA als belangrijk leermiddel gezien. Als organisatie heeft Q een bak ervaring in huis. Het is dus om meerdere redenen goed voor je ontwikkeling om met intervisie aan de slag te gaan. Het is leren van en met elkaar, en het draagt bij aan kwaliteit. **Wat gaan we doen?** Wij hebben 3 intervisiegroepen: •    Intervisie voor mentoren •    Intervisie voor (senior) managers •    Intervisie voor contactpersonen arbeidsmarkt (CAM). Voor iedere groep wordt tweemaal per jaar een intervisie georganiseerd. En weet: intervisie kan op ieder moment naar behoefte worden georganiseerd voor de Q'ers die dat willen. **Voor wie?** De intervisie is bedoeld voor alle Q'ers die van en met elkaar willen leren. Iedere intervisiegroep bestaat uit 4 tot 6 deelnemers. Bij meer dan 6 aanmeldingen kom je op de reservelijst voor als er afmeldingen of genoeg deelnemers voor een nieuwe groep zijn. **Wanneer en waar?** De datum is maandag 8 juli 2024 van 15.00 uur tot 17.00 uur. De locatie is Blauw, naast kantoor Den Bosch. **Wie begeleidt de intervisie? ** De intervisie wordt begeleid door Clemens. Hij is gecertificeerd voor Insights Discovery, Situationeel Leidinggeven (SLII), TMA Talentenanalyse en Intervisie. Maak er vooral gebruik van! **Q Academy** Q wil een passend aanbod hebben voor alle Q'ers die zich willen ontwikkelen.
