Hoe zorg je ervoor dat jij de juiste kandidaat selecteert en dat je door een CV heen kan kijken? Nou, dat kan. Met deze workshop willen wij jou helpen om de juiste vragen stellen en de valkuilen te omzeilen. **Wat gaan we doen?** Tijdens deze workshop staan we eerst stil bij het HR-proces. Wie heeft welke rol en door welk proces gaat een kandidaat. Daarna krijg je meerdere handvatten voor het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken. Hoe bereid je het gesprek voor, welke interviewtechnieken zijn er, hoe is de rolverdeling tussen de interviewers, hoeveel ben je zelf aan het woord, hoeveel is de kandidaat aan het woord, wat zijn goede vragen en welke valkuilen zijn er. **Voor wie?** De workshop is bedoeld voor alle Q'ers die sollicitatiegesprekken (willen) voeren en daar meer van willen weten. Deze sessie kan ook prima gebruikt worden voor je PE-portfolio. **Wanneer en waar?** De datum is dinsdag 13 mei 2025 van 16 tot 17 uur. De workshop wordt via MS  Teams gegeven. **Wie geeft de workshop? ** De workshop wordt gegeven door Clemens van der Werf. Hij is de specialist rondom sollicitatiegesprekken. **Q Academy ** Q wil een passend aanbod hebben voor alle Q'ers die zich willen ontwikkelen.
